ABOUT SANTA ROSA DE CABAL

We are Colombians located on Santa Rosa de Cabal-Risaralda green paradise of the coffee land. Santa Rosa de Cabal also belongs to the Colombian region called the Coffee zone and its economy revolves around coffee, Recently, it has become a great tourist attraction especially for the Thermal Waters and the a small lake with medicinal mud that has magical properties for the skin.
The main church and the Park of Araucarias are at the center where people gather to sample the dilicious chorizo Santarrrosanos "Chorizo is recently in the Guinnes records about the longest chorizo in the world (1.950 mts of chorizo)

Another prominent place is the Otun Lake and the river which leaves it. They give Santa Rosa its natural water and crystal rivers. The city has an area of 564 km and is located in the Colombian Andes. This coffee growing region has a temperate mountain climate, with an average temperature of 19 degrees Celcius (66F).
